The pLenti6/TR lentiviral vector can be used to make stable cell lines expressing high levels of tetracycline repressor (TR) protein under the control of the CMV promoter. This vector contains elements that allow packaging of the construct into lentiviral particles and the Blasticidin resistance marker for selection of stable cell lines (Figure 1).
