载体说明

This system supports transfection for AAV production where the helper and packaging functions are located on only one plasmid. Hence the 2-plasmid (co-transfection) system reduces optimization work to obtain high efficacy in producing your viral vectors.

Features:

• Helper & packaging function (Ad5)
• Replacement of the AAV p5 promoter by the MMTV promoter (MMTV-LTR) for increased capsid assembly (leads to avoiding the bulding of replication competent AAV)
• RFP (red fluorescent protein) expression for an easy control of a successful transfection (pDP1rs to pDP6rs).
• Promoter: RSV
• pBluescriptII SK+-based plasmid with the ampicillin resistance gene (bla)
