Vector Kit contains the Gateway?-adapted ViraPower? adenoviral expression vector, pAd?CMV?V5-DEST? vector for easy recombination-based cloning and adenoviral-based, transient expression of a target gene in dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells. The vector allows generation of an adenovirus containing the target gene where constitutive, high-level expression is driven by the CMV promoter.
